When I was coming home from work, I wanted to park the car in the garage since we were supposed to have storms. If you are a flea marketer like me, you understand when I say that there is "just enough" room for the car.
Well, I realized that the trash can was right in the middle of the garage. So, I put the car in park and moved the trash can. Then, I noticed the snow blower was parked at an angle and might scratch the car, so I moved it a little to the side. The end of the snow blower jiggled a little stool that had a bottle of bleach sitting on it.
The bleach knocked over and landed just right so that the lid popped off. About half of it guzzled out onto the concrete floor before I could grab it. The pants I was wearing were a tad bit too long, and I had to keep them hiked up out of the bleach while I cleaned up the mess with the other hand.
Then, as I was finally getting into my car, I realized I might have bleach on my shoes and I didn't want to track it onto the carpet in my car. So, I tossed my shoes onto the sidewalk and backed my car in. After the garage door shut, it was dark inside the garage, and I couldn't see the small puddle of bleach that I missed.
I found the puddle with my socks though. I decided the way my day was going, I should probably stay away from anything hot or sharp. We had take out chicken for dinner.
The silver lining? I didn't have to cook and the garage floor is nice and clean! Hope your day is a little more "uneventful" than mine!
xoxo, Jean
