Henrietta is sportin' a new "do"

I would like for you to meet Henrietta.
She has been a loyal bird standing guard by a picket fence in the driveway for quite a few years.  Every day as I leave, she looks at me with her little black chicken eyes.

I found her just too hard to resist!
Could you say no to this day after day?  I couldn't either, so I brought her inside.
Her tacky  painted exterior had to go! Sorry Henrietta, but sometimes the truth hurts.
I gave her a nice bubble bath and then a new coat of white.  I thought for Valentines Day she deserved a little red checked bow.
She stays busy looking out the back door patiently waiting for Mr. Right.  Until then, she'll be sportin' her new 'do here in the old cabinet.

Hope your weekend is something to crow about!
xoxo, Jean
